"Hey Simon, Thanks so much for this lovely post, your help and support while I was researching and preparing for the workshop. The generosity from the community managers interviewed was unbelievable. A wonderful discussion among community leaders, businesses deciding when and how to enter into the community space and digital strategists in the room - unfortunately, it couldn't be captured in the deck. I'll definitely make you work harder next time, promise. Cheers, Eden"

Sorry to hear your groups members are having difficulty navigating. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Note that the email broadcast feature is under the "Manage" tab of the group and is not open to all members. A future member list pod will therefore not provide a method to email everyone in the group.

The big issue with our group is that not everyone can navigate the site well. So I have had to put the info all on one page to make it easy for everyone to find. I would like to put the members list on that page, so they can do emails or mass emails from there also.

I'm glad to hear your group is going well. We haven't yet created a "Members Pod" which would let you feature the member list on a page's Browse tab. Is your intention to feature certain types of members (i.e. hand-picked members, recent visitors, new members, etc)? Note that the Overview tab of the group, if you use it again, does feature members in two locations as well. The "Members" section of the Activity Stream will show both new members and recent visitors and a listing in the right column can do...

Hi Phil so the sixent is going really well for our group. I have been able to set up the diferent pods for our group to make it easy for everyone to see what is going. The only thing I don't have that I think would be nice is the member list on the Browse page. Is there a way to put it on?

While in the group, click the "Manage" tab and then go to "Group Appearance". You'll see the option there to disable the Overview tab entirely.
